It began with our founders’ vision.
‍P. Pratap Reddy saw an urban utopia in which people lived in beautiful homes that transcended the functional, and were sites built to explore the intricacies of human relationships. In 2011, he took the first step towards creating that utopia and PMR Group came into existence.

Ever since, we've created projects that explore real human needs within the city - need that range from real-world functional necessities to more abstract ones like the needs for connections to nature and connections to a larger community. We build aspirational projects that are but venues for life to flourish. Just how it should be.

Vision 2030

By 2030, we will be closing in on two decades of work and to mark that milestone, we've set ourselves some goalposts to aim for.

Perfection

Always our bedrock, but never an aim to fade into the background. The years roll by and society's standards skyrocket, but they can't outpace our own. We will keep challenging ourselves to be better in every way.

Sustainability

More than a checkmark to have on a project. The only way our projects can be future proof is by incorporating sustainability at their core, and it's the only way we can future proof the experiences of our customers as well. By the time 2030 rolls around, we hope to have a concrete set of sustainability principles that every project follows.
